One month post op: possible, not possible

Hello, Some simple questions to which I seek specific answers: One month after transplant, 1 /) Can we resume bodybuilding with "heavy" loads? 2) Can we comb our hair by passing the comb over the grafts to style the other long native hair? (Done tonight, it feels a bit tight / hangs) 3) Can we dye the temples (graying) without dyeing the donor or recipient area? In other words, are the grafts firmly anchored in the scalp and irremovable after 4 weeks, so insensitive to comb / towel / sustained physical effort / hand through hair? thank you so much

Most clinics recommend to wait 2 weeks post op, some will say 4 weeks before heavy lifting. You’re at one month which is ok to do heavy lifting. Times may vary if you have FUT surgery.
It’s fine to comb your hair.
It’s ok to dye your hair one month post op. Be careful not to leave the dye on longer than what is recommended in the instructions. Some people’s scalps react to hair dye.
