Hi everyone iv iv got to say im most impressed by hasson wong, dr feriduni and dr Bisagna from bhr, there maybe lots more out there that are fantastic but what iv researched these 3 stand out for me, would like people opinions on which to travel to for a consultation as its gonna cost for flights an hotels so dont wanna really be travelling to all 3, be great to hear from people who have had work from either one of these

Take very large clear well lighted photos from every angle possible. Maybe a small portfolio of 12-20 total. Send them to each clinic for evaluation then do an online consultation with each. Get a feel for what you are hearing and then make a choice to have an in person consultation with who you feel might best be suited for you.
Post that same portfolio of pictures to the forums and see what kind of comments you receive from the members.

I think dr F is the most skilled of the three you mention, but all are top clinics and you probably will be satisfied with any of them.

However, one thing I would keep in mind is the cost of a return trip to your doctor. I always like to plan for things in case something goes wrong. For example, say i got an HT and i noticed something abnormal, the cost of me making an emergency trip back to my HT doctor in the continental US is minimal compared to flying back to some place like Belgium.

I doubt many people have to make such a trip but personally planning ahead like that factors into my decisions.

If you're based in Europe you can consult with both Belgium clinics in one day, contact Garageland to find out when his doctors will be Europe bound. Three good choices you've made.

This is a good suggestion.
Topcat has good advice too regarding pics and phone consults before holding in-house consults.
All three clinics are at the top of their game so which you choose will be by your gut instincts. Best of luck!

Hi cct,

Thanks for your interest in our clinic. Whichever way you choose you will be in good hands. As Topcat says before travelling any distance I would take some clear photos in good lighting from all angles of your head and include some of your donor area ideally lifting with a comb to show the density there.

Not everyone is a candidate and I have seen many high norwoods with poor donors that we have advised no surgery for. Talk to each clinic and if the recommendations based on the photos seem positive them you can take that forward and arrange in house consultations.

I am in London on a regular basis meeting patients if you would wish to meet me please call or email me.

If your travelling to Belgium then Dr Devroye and Dr Mwamba look like good surgeons too.
