Patient advisors

These guys are extremely powerful in the hair restoration industry.
Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with patient advisors?

My experience with patient advisors - consultant was very positive. I was actively looking at getting a transplant several years ago, I emailed pictures with questions to a number of clinics who all responded in a professional manner and advised that I should try Finasteride and Minoxidil before having any surgery. I spoke to some advisors over the phone who were quite happy to chat, never pushy. Infact we ended up chatting about football, holidays and the weather of all things.

I`m currently maintaining my hair with Finasteride, I think the overall quality of my hair has improved as it looks and feels thicker. For these reasons I `d like to thank the guys I contacted.

Had online consultations with Reps from Feriduni, HDC, BHR, Prohairclinic and Dr De Reys over the last 2yrs.

Positive experience from all, good advice given.

But most impressive of all was that none of their reps were pushy. If i didnt reply to their emails they would not chase me up.
