Progress on hair transplant

Hi everyone

I had a transplant in November so been just over seven months, and the progress is great so far I feel. Especially at front going back but as gets to the crown area it’s not getting as thick as the front, but as it’s only been 7 months will there still be more growth to come at the back area, may seem a little stupid question when u know u have to wait the whole 16 months for full results. Has anybody experienced the same and had a burst of growth everywhere? As seemed to have slowed down now. Thanks

Hello Anton. Welcome to the forum.
Do you have any pre op and immediate post op pictures you can share?
At 7 months you’re just over the standard halfway mark of 12 months for growth. Although we usually expect to see full results at 12 months, late growth can happen and the hair can continue to mature right up to 18 months post op.
Growth/coverage in the crown is less noticeable than the frontal region for a lot of people.

The frontal half growth is progressing well.
How many grafts did you receive in total?
Do you have a graft breakdown of what numbers were transplanted where? Such as 2000 front half, 500 in the crown.
What age are you and are you on any type of hair loss prevention regimen?

I had 5600 grafts placed. But I don’t know the breakdown of number and areas thou I didn’t get told that. I’m 32 and I’m only on this sons regimen which is just shampoo, minoxidil and a tablet a day. I had 3 months of the tablets and repair shampoo when I came back with from Turkey and I just got Sons. I’ve seen good reviews for Manual aswel

I’m happy so far definitely, it’s just a biotin vitamin tablet
