PRP just how good is it?

Having just watched another informercial for PRP http://dfw.cbslocal.com/video?autoStart=true&topVideoCatNo=default&clipId=11502943 it got me thinking, just how good is this treatment? have any of the clinics on here seen any dramatic improvements or are the results subtle but still significant?

The treatment is fascinating and i'd love to know other peoples thoughts

Some respond and some don't from what I've read. It would be good to see a study of patients who only use Prp.

I think from what I have seen it works better for female loss and can be quite dramatic and here is such a case:-

For men I am less convinced but may help to keep hair and would need to be repeated 2x yearly usually but see less results or dramatic improvements.
