Question about changing products...

Hi, If I have results already from using something natural, but no longer using it as it's not working beyond a certain point, what would happen if I started on Minoxidil or spironolactone to 'complete' the results? Is there a chance I might lose what I've already gained by introducing one of these? Has anyone gone from using something natural to non-natural or vice versa and if so what did you use and what happened/timescale involved? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Usually it’ll take a little while to see if the change over would make it better or worse. The new products if they work for you should keep the gains you have already made.

Yes I changed to the Boosting treatment and mixed it with the Hair oil and then applied, instead of using the hair oil by itself. This combination helped thicken that last remaining area of thinning - not completely and I don't think anything will do that, but enough for me to say I'm satisfied with my hair. I didn't go down the Minoxidil or Spiro route which in a way I'm glad as it would've all become very expensive to maintain using different products.

Oh sorry I've gotten my posts mixed up, on the other thread I mentioned the brand, and I thought I was still on that one when replying to you. I realize there is no mention on this thread. It's the British hair & beauty brand: Divine Herbal. Hair oil and Boosting treatment are two of their products.

The only advice I can give for your 'predicament' is (assuming you're female which from your About Me section it appears you are) to get your iron and thyroid function checked. Also switch to a SLS free shampoo. The rest, whether you chose to go down the Minox, Spiro etc route, or want to try natural, is a matter of preference. I hope you find something that helps!

Converting hair loss products is suitable and frequently integral as your hair's needs evolve due to environmental modifications, health conditions, or certainly to manage product construct-up
. Hair does now not increase a tolerance to products.
