Pluggy as hell.

I have to disagree with your quote. It's not pluggy, Aisan men, especially Of Indian origin have very corse hair.
What I have noted from research is that once the balding process begins the finer hairs succumb first leaving mainly corse hair in the donor region. Many will choose to have this corse hair transplanted opposed to being bald.
Only thing I disagree with is the lower hair line, I would have strengthened where it was. Other than that I think it's good and the patient will be happy, I would. If he has finer hairs available he may have a touch up with fue to soften up.
