He has made a quite significant cosmetic improvement with this result well done guys. One question though which may be a little personal so if it offends i am sorry....what happened to the side of his head?

Whatever happened the HT helps to disguise it which is good.

I Agree with BN thats a nice Improvement with a conservative amount of grafts as well , the patient must be very happy well done
