This patient had a receding hairline, level Norwood 3. He underwent FUE hair transplant surgery to the area and wanted particularly to have a result that provided as dense a result as possible that was safe. As with all patients we operated using implanter pens with Follicular Unit Excision used to extract a total of 1724 grafts, implanted at a density of 50 grafts cm2.

We operated in the hairline over 1 day and his result is 1 year post surgery in these series of photos.
