- NW Class III vertex
- Donor density of 80 FU/cm2
- Hair diameter of ~70-85 microns
- Micrografts from a former procedure ex domo in 2006

Treatment plan:

- 1st Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and extraction of the micrografts in the right and left temporal recessions through FUE technique
- 2nd Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to add more density to the hairline and restore the crown area

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1710 FU

* 800 single hair FU
* 910 double hair FU

Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture;
Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.7 mm 0.9mm).

2nd procedure (September 15th, 2010):

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1684 FU

* 511 single hair FU
* 923 double hair FU
* 250 triple hair FU

Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture;
Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.7 mm 0.95m).
