Clients can now have FUT and still have short hair later after the scar is covered with MSP

No one should plan on cutting their hair if they're going to get strip surgery, SMP should only be a last resort for scars.

I would agree with you there under normal circumstances, I have had 2 FUT surgeries and will never shave my hair but this client didnt have any hair left on top, the implanted hairs hadn't grown properly, I could find a few in his crown but hardy more then 200 hairs on the top of his scalp, he had lost allot of hair since the surgery and now had nothing on top so his option where:
1) keep it long on the sides and cover the scar but be bald on top
2) shave it down so the balding on top isn't as obvious but then the scar will be visible
He went with option 2, had been walking around with this horrendous scar at the back and shaving down on top, after the Scalp Pigmentation done in our London clinic he felt and looked really good.

I think the improvement from where he was to where he is now with this scar is amazing. How can anyone not be happy with that transformation??
