Treatment plan:
Follicular Unit Extraction with 300 follicular units to fill in a scar from a previous hair transplant procedure (ex domo)

Performed procedure (December 7th, 2011):
A Follicular Unit Extraction with 333 FU
* 89 single hair FU
* 244 double and triple hair FU

Extraction performed with a 0.9mm FUE punch with Versihandle ¢. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts;
Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.85m 0.9mm)

Thats a really good revision..i can relate to the train tracks as i had them once too so i know how they would have bothered him. The grafts look to have grown really well in the scar tissue, well done.

Any intra op pics?

You seem to be getting great results with your fue into scar revisions, can you tell us more about what yields you are achieving in scar tissue and what densities you plant too?
Also is there any difficulties in planting in real thin scars?
