Sleeping after a Hair Transplant

I had my hairline restoration hair transplant on November 3rd and I have been sleeping on a recliner with a travel pillow, but I like to sleep on my side. Just wondering when other people started sleeping in their normal position after surgery?

I waited 8 days once I had washed my hair for the first time till I decided to sleep normal. Those 8 days seemed forever and I think I got about 4 hours a night as I like you sleep on my side and struggle to sleep on my back.

After 4 days your transplanted grafts are secure. They aren't going to be dislodged or damaged by sleeping in your normal position. Some peoples donor area may be sore which may prevent you sleeping normally. If there's any sign of bleeding its best to cover your pillow with a towel.
