All,

I read some reviews on here whilst determining whether i would commit to a procedure in the UK. I was looking through "Mens Health Magazine" and came across a glossy advertisement from a company called SHS (Specialisy Hair Surgery). I could not find anything bad about them online, come to think of it i could not find anything at all. Through caution to the wind and arranged a free no obligation consultation (free consult 1st potential mistake). Turns out that SHS is the former notorious NORTON Clinic (Wakefield) luckily the details provided on the phone about the clinic location, and the penny fell. Hope this aids all of you that have offered valuable information on avoiding these guys.

Hi All, as per my previous post and with input from bullitnut (much appreciated) that i have come across another few sites ukhairtransplants.com & ukhairtransplantclinics.co.uk
It would appear that this none other than the infamous Norton Clinics as i was told my surgery would be carried out by 1 of 4 of their surgeons (GP's laughable) shamalak or goldstone were the only 2 i was made aware of after much hesitation in Wakefield. Apparently they talk of FRCS recognition etc... i dont think i will find either of them on that register.

Why have you posted the same comments on various different threads? Once is enough surely.

posted multiple times sparky on threads relating to Norton. I was taken back by the experience that bullitnut was subjected to. Just doing my bit on a community that helps us avoid the clinics that are renowned for poor procedures and results. Appears Norton Clinics would like to conceal its true identity trading under different names. I apologise if multiple listings was overkill.

I was subjected to a similar thing by Norton, but only once not twice, and not as many grafts wasted. Although subsequent experiences with Wellsbourne/The Hospital Group, were almost as harrowing.
