Starting hairloss treatment

Hi guys so basically I've had 3 hair transplants, all I had was a receding hairline,I've since thinned behind the transplants and started thinning on crown
My transplants are sticking out at all wrong angles,so I will be removing them at a later date,so I just want to try and thicken up all my normal hair I have
I know there are all new meds on the market ie oral, topical etc propecia, generic brands
I just want to use 1 product to try and get my hair back then in the future remove all the transplants and basically go back to the way I looked before and transplants, maybe looking better because of the hairloss treatment I will be using
I don't have alot of money as l work part time in a warehouse and I live under a baseball cap 24/7
Thanks for any advice

There are many videos of girls recommending certain ampoules on Youtube. These ways only help those who want to thicken and strengthen their hair, not people with alopecia. Since this is exactly what you want, you can try looking for such videos. They are more often than not really effective. Look not for videos of rich Influencers who recommend expensive and useless propagandized product, but those who have fewer subscribers, but a lot of grateful reviews.
