Time in between sessions

Hi there - moving forward with SMP! My technician says as long as everything is OK with healing I can schedule sessions 6 days apart. Been reading different things with some saying 7 days and others 10-14 days. Will there be issues if I do the 6 days in between sessions? Thanks
