Overall, from the moment I landed at Istanbul airport to dropping me back at the airport after the surgery was a very pleasant experience. I had to wait for 30 mins at the airport for pickup (but my arriving flight also was late, so can't complain). The hotel was very nice (I wouldn't say it was a 5-star, but more like 4-star). The clinic and their staff is top notch. Very clean, high end and professional. Most everyone spoke excellent English (or they had translators if some doctor/nurse didn't). They explain the process clearly and the procedure went very smoothly. They transplanted ~4500 grafts (they are initially estimated 4000 but were able to transplant more.. price was the same). It has been about 5.5 months and results are great so far. I am very happy that I chose Vera clinic.
