Do you know that genetically you hair will grow like around a quarter to a half an inch in a month? You can speed that growth rate and then enjoy the thicker and healthier hair. Here are the tips for you to grow your hair faster and get the beautiful look you always wanted. You can, however, do things to increase the growth rate of your hair and improve on the thickness and the healthiness of your hair

Hi!
I have joined to learn about a few things. I have been experiencing hair loss about 10-15 strands per wash. Although this does not seem much but compared to earlier this is a lot. Earlier I would only lose about 3 strands. Moreover, I have also noticed thinning ad some areas where the hair volume is not as much as other. I want to know when do i know for sure that I am losing hair and when to seriously consider hair transplant because i want to address the issue as soon as possible.

Hello everyone.

I've started this hairloss forum to do what we do best...help each other with our own personal experiences and advice.

I trust if you find this hairloss forum you will join and help it flourish.

Thanks Bigmac.
Hello Bigmac,

I think it's fantastic that you've created a space for people to share their experiences and advice on hair loss. Communities like this can be so helpful for those navigating through similar challenges.

In response to the question about hair loss, one thing that I’ve found useful is focusing on the types of men's hair care products we use. Often, products designed for men’s hair can be quite different from those marketed towards women, both in terms of ingredients and formulations. For instance, many men's hair care products now include active ingredients like biotin or caffeine, which can stimulate hair growth and help with thinning. Additionally, shampoos that are sulfate-free or those that contain natural oils, such as argan or tea tree oil, can help prevent further hair damage and keep the scalp healthy.

I’m sure that with the right products and consistent care, many people can see real improvements. Keep up the great work with the forum, and I’m sure it will continue to be a valuable resource for many!

Best,
Raaj Iyer

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on managing hair loss in someone who has diabetes. What treatments, products, or lifestyle changes have you found helpful for people with diabetes who are experiencing hair thinning or loss? Any tips on things like medication, supplements, or natural remedies would be appreciated! One thing I’ve started using recently is the device, which helps me monitor my foot health by tracking temperature changes, and while it’s not directly related to hair loss, managing my overall health more carefully has made me more aware of the need to stay on top of other issues.
