when use minoxidil, when to use finasteride after hair transplant

It is always best to follow your clinics instructions. You should have received post op information from them.
I know some clinics will say from 2 weeks onwards is ok meaning it does vary like you say.
Are you wanting to use it to speed up growth or resuming your regimen?

I thinking of speed up growth, but i dont know what its the better for me, i'm afraid i might worsen

Using Minoxidil after a hair transplant is not necessary. Just let nature take it’s course, the grafts will grow when ready.
