I think you are pretty much developed in that department at 19, I've not heard of it affecting development, just the listed sides such as loss of libido, headaches, depression to name a few. It's a small percentage who suffer sides but if you're in that percentage it would be good to seek medical advice from your doctor.

That's reassuring to know. Loss of sex drive I can cope with but the thought of my sexual parts not developing scared me.
