Hi all. I'm about 2.5 months in now and having some growth, but it seems very wispy and very pale? Is this normal ? Thanks

Don't worry usually upto 3 months people don't see any growth....you will start seeing more hairs sprouting our after 3 months when the shedding phase pass out....thn those baby hairs will start maturing and start getting fuller and thicker but that will take time...the real difference can usually be seen after 8 months post op...so hang on brother..i know its tough to wait so much bt there is nothing much we can do other than religiously being on medication and i hope you are doing that...even i am in the waiting phase as i had my surgery on 2nd may..this waiting game sucks
Happy growing and keep updating

Thanks for the reply. I'm not taking any meds at all due to me being a norwood 7 at the start of this journey so I doubt any more will fall out. I've been like this level for about 22 years lol. Plus I'm already on blood pressure tablets and gout tablets so don't really want any more. Also I'm allergic to minoxidil

It’s quite normal to see wispy fine hair in the early months. They will go through growth cycles and mature to their usual characteristics.

You should start Gene therapy for your hair to help in the recovery of the transplanted hair.
