WMG London FUE 2200 grafts

Hey there, last week I had an FUE transplant with Dr Deme, I looked around a fair bit before deciding and saw quite a lot of consistency and decent results. I signed up as a promotional patient too for the discount! Have attached some photos. I'm really happy with the work and the framing seems to have been done really well. I apparently have pretty good reserves in my donor, we had to split quite a few into singles for my temples and hairline. My family history etc would suggest my hairloss doesn't progress much further but I've been stable on fin/min for a while.

I'll update the thread as it progresses

Donor seems to have healed, can't really notice much in the way of scarring. Forgot to add but Dr Deme, Gabby and Marzena were amazing throughout the procedure even as it got late in the day!

Nice job. How has the front healed at this stage?
still about the same as this, slightly less redness but this is exactly one week from the surgery. Hopefully on day 10 when I can take a regular shower more scabs come off!

You look to be healing well. The top down photo shows a nice hairline design.

thanks I'm really happy with it, just to wait now to see how it turns out with the density etc! I think he's done an amazing job on the peaks and sides too as they really match my old hairline

Welcome to the forum.
The work looks good, it’ll give you a nice new hairline transforming your appearance. The healing looks right on track.
What fin/min dosage do you take?

Thanks! I think even before it's grown in it's done wonders for framing my face and bringing back some proportionality, will be really interesting to see what the density turns out like as I think we said it should be about 50/55gcm^2, very excited!
The donor seems basically healed now at day 8, can't even really see any scarring, can't wait for my first proper shower on Saturday to see it with less crusts.
I'm using Dr Hairs Min/Fin which is Minoxidil 5%, Finasteride 0.1%, not a fan of Hims/Manual etc they seem to overdose the Fin a bit too high. I was on it for a year previously and saw quite a lot of density come back in the midpart but came off during a depressive cycle mistaking it for the meds. Came back on 4 months ago but obviously off until the 3 week mark as advised by the clinic!

Sounds good re the meds. The density placement should produce a nice natural look for you.
Now it’s just the waiting game.

Most scabs fell out today does this all look ok, tiny bit worried about some gaps in density not entirely sure what to expect with this or how the multi hair grafts work in respect to what I’m seeing!

It all looks normal to me. You’ve started to shed. You can expect to shed the lot now over the next few weeks as you enter the ugly duckling phase.

Nooo I was hoping I’d enjoy 1-2 weeks of it like this it looked really good but thanks for the advice!

I think this will be excellent when it grows out. The design frames your face perfectly.

Density looks ok. Often we see what appears to be small gaps when scrutinising our own transplanted area but more often than not it is all good.

Yea I agree it’s probably fine, nobody has commented otherwise across a few forums either despite the close ups. Looking around at other good density work on the forum mine seems above average. We will see in a year I guess! I think it’s hard to judge if we’re told X grafts per cm^2 because it’s hard to actually visualise it without something to compare. I think me and Dr Deme said about 50-55

That is a decent density that should provide nice full looking coverage. The framing of your face looks good. Healings looks right on track.
Thanks for the update.
