Women with Alopecia, do any get SMP?

Ok so i was reading an article about a young nurse who has hair loss (Alopecia) and she now wears wigs all the time. This kind of got me thinking, do many women have SMP who have Alopecia (i know some will for density reasons) but surely it's got to be an option for women with Alopecia? The nurse i read about looks beautiful in the picture below in my opinion and therefore i would have thought it would be preferable at least to some*nl

The number of woman is much lower than men obviously, but it is certainly becoming a known option for different alopecia conditions, for example alopecia areata, traction, and diffused thinning, where it can be combined with long hair to give the look of greater fullness.
