NEW SHAMPOO-HOW EFFECTIVE IS IT??

I heard of this shampoo from a patient of ours who who had surgery 10+ years ago at SMG and has been on Propecia for longer than 10 years. He decided to take a break from Propecia and give Regenpure a try. If he noticed losing more hairs, he planned on going back on Propecia. Fast forward 8 months and he feels there has been no noticeable hair loss. I saw him myself recently and his hair is the same as I last saw him, which was 3 years ago.

We are asked to recommend shampoos, vitamins, and any other hairloss products all the time. We'd would love to recommend a good shampoo that's really effective. I've only heard one other patient talk about Regenpure. Any others try it or willing to try it and give us their feedback? I googled it and the price isn't too bad - $20 for an 8oz bottle. I copied a pic of it below.

Can anyone advise me of the best shampoo and conditioner to use that is available in the UK to use after you have had a hair transplant. There are so many different types out there it is quite confusing?

See if you can get Tricomin or Nioxin. I'm not sure if they are readily available in UK. Regenpure is a shampoo that a UK patient told me about so he's either found it in a store or is ordering online.

I'll order this shampoo and let you know my thoughts after using it.

This comes as Regenpure DR and NT what is the difference?

Hi shiny not sure off the exact difference but as far as I can see the DR is a doctor recomended cleanser and the NT is a shampoo.

Have been using mine for ten days, I use the NT every day and the DR every alternate day as it contains ketoconazole and I don't want to dry things out too much.

I know it's early days but it seems to be a good shampoo for dandruff, it smells very nice, I have zero shedding from it and it doesn't dry your hair out like NIzoral can if used too much. It does leave your hair feeling a little thicker like NIzoral can which is good.

So for a very early report I am impressed......I'll update when I've used it a little more often.

I live in the UK and got the twin pack from more-hair.co.uk and it arrived in a very short time.

Thanks for posting this, I will make a note of it also.

I especially like the fact is doesn't contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

So far i am very impressed with this shampoo and wanted to add it is extremely good value for money too because it has the most concentrated formula i have ever tried and you get a great lather from the tiniest of shampoo.

On a side note i have ditched the Nizoral now as my dandruff has cleared too whilst using this.

I never got round to ordering this, wish i had now after hearing how good it is.

I would give it a try BM it's a good shampoo dude.

I ordered the combo of regenepure fromore-hair.co.uk on the 11th November and its still not arrived! I've emailed them twice and called them too with no reply or answer. Has anyone else had any problems with them?

I am new here, but am holding on for dear life to keep my hair. If you saw me you'd say I have no problem, but my crown is definitely getting thinner as you can now just barely see it through my hair.

I am 49, but extremely healthy (fitness professional). Good diet, exercise, etc...

Took propecia for many years and got off it a few years back. Have been you minoxidil from Costco for the past few years.

My hair stylist brought up Nioxin shampoo and that is how I found this forum.

This is very expensive, so I wanted to know if it works to slow down hair loss or not? Also, is it used in combination with minoxidil or is that overkill?

Any advice from an experienced hair loss person seeing success would be much appreciated.
