How to lower cholesterol without meds

Final product €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦total cost .80 per quart a pittance €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..benefits €¦ €¦ €¦vitamins A, D, K, all in their natural form and part of fat as they are all fat soluble. Added benefits conjugated linoleic acid which helps to partition calories toward muscle growth and fat burning along with protecting one from cancer. Saturated fats boost testosterone levels which is critical for a healthy heart and cholesterol is critical for wound healing.

Can be used as a cooking oil, a nice spread with added spice or even better €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..makes a great non dairy creamer.

Eating healthy is not expensive in fact it is much cheaper then eating what is marketed as food. The marketers have most of the people eating the same crap and they like that.

I got on the subject of cholesterol with someone and it dawned on me that I read another really good book on the subject recently €œCholesterol Clarity € what was interesting initially was that is started off with a 2 page disclaimer and it is such an important point. This person is in fear for stating what he believes is the truth and that is even with the support of 29 very well known experts making contributions to the book itself many of them with MD €™s and PH.d €™s

I personally know some that work it in medical field that know what I know and yet they can €™t tell their patients. If they did they would lose their license. They have to follow whatever the standard protocol is regardless of who established the protocol and that is what should scare you. You can €™t say anything even though you may know what is going on is wrong €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦mums the word €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.kind of like the ht industry in a way can €™t say too much. Makes the medical system a very scary place.

Anyway for those interested it €™s another really great book.

Listen the most important lesson here is this and it applies to those that work in the ht industry in their various capacities. When you walk into a hospital be it for yourself or your loved one they have to follow the program regardless. Often times it s not the best advice but they have no choice they will just pat you on the back sometimes and hope it all works out for you.

Maybe what you need is that one person to whisper in your ear and say hey before you make that decision take a look at this information ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦you don t necessarily have to believe but just take a look at this information. Now the staff at the hospital might not like what that person passing on the information is doing but you ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦.you would probably welcome it.

We recently had a young lady that was in the news. Stage IV brain cancer and she decided suicide was the right answer. I have spoken about Dr. Burzynski down in Texas who has been curing late stage gilomas for over 30 years now ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦..it s not a fluke he has a body of work but all the medical system did over those 30 years was try and shut him down as it was not in their interest. They failed as the patient s had a voice that was too strong. Did anyone from the medical community pass on this information about Dr. Burzynski to this 28 year old young lady. Chances are they didn t because they can t ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦ ¦.they can t rock the boat.

Understand sometimes you may not being getting the best information because nobody wants to rock the boat and that includes hair transplantation for those that are researching..............

Amazing thread about reducing cholesterol naturally. Very informative answers by some members. Really appreciate it. I like to eat healthy natural foods and try to avoid all kinds of junk and processed foods in this regard. Regular exercise is also very important in getting rid of cholesterol problem and staying fit and healthy.

I agree, lemon juice is okay for lowering your cholesterol. Also, if I may suggest every morning try to just eat oatmeal and banana as oatmeal is proven to lower cholesterol levels. I also had a very high cholesterol and I give up oily foods which I like the most before. My doctor advise me to always eat fruits and oatmeal. I also use oil for cooking but I prefer olive oil and as much as possible I only consume very little portion even though olive oil is healthy.

Hi bullitnut I have also more or less the same problem with cholesterol as I have a family history of it! I found that lecithin which is a polyunsaturate helps a huge amount. If you use it every day in cereal like porridge.

Exercise would definitely help.

I'm guessing after 2 years you have managed to lower it? :D

Exercise is also one of the best ways to lower cholesterol but you should accompany it with proper diet. Avoid fatty foods and avoid sodium. Why not consult your doctor first to better monitor you. He might help you achieve that. Usually doctors will tell you if you need a medicine or if dieting alone is enough to lower it.

The best way is to eat a lot more fibre-rich foods (especially soluble fibre from foods like beans, oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables) and also lose as much excess weight as possible.

is it possible for someone to loose weight and still have high cholesterol.. ?? i think it is, so the best way is to keep a check on the type of food you eat.. avoid processed foods at all costs...exercise goes a long way too in helping your body keep a balance.

Try having tomato juice, cook them in a way you like with other healthy food.
