This 33 years-old patient with advanced alopecia has been in med s (finas) for 8 month prior to his first procedure. We planned a 2 steps repair as we usually do in these cases. In the first procedure, we restored the frontal area and mid scalp, with 3051 grafts in one day (7156 hairs, 2.34 hair per graft; 0.8 mm punch; 48 to 50 microns of hair; 301FU1/ 1535FU2/ 1091FU3/ 128FU4). 5 month after, we did the second procedure to end up the crown, with 2501 grafts, again in 1 day (5644 hairs, 2.25 hair per graft, 0.8 mm punch; 269FU1/ 1395FU2/ 764FU3/ 72FU4/ 1FU5).
