Hello sl,

I think this is another really good result from the team at BHR. The density looks very good too, especially when you consider the graft to hair ratio is on the low side at only 1.97.

I also think this patient should always slick his hair back like in the wet shots as it looks awesome!

Wow.......great result.

It's nice to see those extractions wrap completely around the patient's head as opposed to taking them from a consolidated area from the back of the head only. I think in the long run it's better for the patient at least in my opinion.

Great job on the pictures too. Personally I appreciate all the clinics that present high quality photos even the patient did a great job on his own photos. It shows effort and I think that matters.

Thank you for the comments.

Regarding extraction, yes the spread is important for not over harvesting an area and also aids in healing and indeed long term harvesting as can revisit areas again for subsequent surgeries as needed.

I have seen donors over harvested and even with small surgery numbers as no thought has been given to extraction and the patterns needed so it is a vital part of the process to consider and well spotted.
