So was I, although when I got there he explained that the frontal bit was thinning that much that it would make more sense to shave and fully do that area.That looks pretty convincing to me, there's definitely an art to covering thinning areas.
Out of interest, why are you regretting not shaving completely? I'm hoping to have a partial shave so would be interested to know your experience regarding this.
in honestly, when the front of my head was shaved i realised that if I’d have done the lot, it would have actually looked ok (a few days afterwards I asked if I could shave the lot!). As it is now there’s all kind of different lengths going on and I’m planning to shave the rest in line with the top, and go short at the sides next month.
Ultimately, I think it’s a case of writing off any semblance of a hair style for a few months and wearing hats. It’s surprisingly liberating not to have to spend time styling it in the morning. I think unless you’re having very small well defined areas done, then shaving is a much better option.
