Hair is getting longer after my DIY hair cut. I will dye soon and post an update here.

Bigmac it's great to see how your hair has held up since your transplant and still looks ace, as well as glimpse back at your own transplant experience. This does wonders for us fellows less experienced in the hair loss battle, and it's great to see how well finasteride has held everything up.

Thanks Lightmare. I wish I had been aware of Finasteride before going down the transplant route. There’s no denying some people get sides but for me, the slight risk was worth it and has paid off. Since 2005, Finasteride has definitely maintained and improved my hair. My transplant has stood the test of time as well.

My transplant has stood the test of time as well.
Amazing result. It's particularly brilliant that you're still enjoying the benefits over a decade later.

One minor query: I have a thinning crown, and when I step out of the shower in the morning, and my hair is still wet, it looks a million times worse -- like I've advanced several Norwoods in an instant. I was wondering how your hair holds up when it's wet. Do you still maintain impressive coverage at the crown? Thanks and all the best.

Actually I'm happy with a wet hair, I posted a photo with a wet hair on my thread, please check it, I don't want to spem this thread with my result.

Could you send me the link please? I'm curious to see how surgery holds up when the hair is moderately wet. Thanks.
I attached photos with dry hair vs wet hair in the same situation on my trip to Thailand, also I attached photo when I was 19 years old before experiencing hair loss with wet hair so you can see I always had these gaps, never had a thick hair, this is my thread:

@Salazar Some pictures with wet hair, just towel patted to stop drips.
Taken by a window for natural lighting.
Some of my hairs are grey, so don’t show up well. Plus I still have plugs in my crown from first two transplants. These grow straight up so don’t add too much coverage unless I make them lay flat.

Thanks, Bigmac. I appreciate you taking the time to post so many pictures, showing your hair both wet and dry. The results are nothing short of fantastic. I thought that the hair being wet might give the game away but, on the evidence of these photos, I stand corrected. It honestly looks like you have a full head of hair. I see no evidence of either hair loss or surgery. Brilliant result. Thanks again and all the best.

A few pictures taken today with soaking wet hair.
I was impressed before, but this completely blows me away. When I factor in your 'before' pictures, I honestly can't believe how you have achieved such a remarkable result. It really has exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for again for posting and all the best.

Amazing outcome ...very well documented journey ...specially pictures in different lighting conditions as well as wet and dry hair pictures presents the case in true form as that is the real life scenarios which evryone will be facing...and imo can't detect that you had any surgery ...the work is so refined and natural....
