Hi All

My first post to this forum.

Dr Kieran Dayah has been recommended to me by a patient advisor at the Wimpole Clinic.

I'm struggling to find independent reviews of his work.

If anyone has direct experience of Dr Dayah and know about the outcomes of his procedures, I'd be very grateful!

Many thanks in advance!
Dave

HAve you got pics Dave. Personally, if I couldnt find any outcomes, I definitely wouldnt go with him. Go and see one of the best in the business like Dr Bisanga, Dr Freitas, HDC clinic etc

Trustpilot doesn't mean anything Dave, patient specific reviews are the only thing you should look for on forums like this. I know Rob Harding got a great trasnplant there, but from what I've seen online, it can be a bit of a gamble. The treatment rooms have some really good reviews if you're in London, worth checking out

Not all, but a lot of the reviews on HTs on the Trust Pilot website are provided immediately after the surgery was performed, so don't include an accurate review of the final result. You've come to a great resource on this website, so my advice would be look at some of results and get a few appointments before deciding which clinic to decide. Everyone has a limited donor area, so it's important to pick a good clinic.

Take no notice of Trustpilot.
Would you be able to post some pictures showing your loss?

Will try to post some images later (I also now have a consultation booked for another clinic in the next few days - photos of several of their procedures are posted on this site, so there is a bit more to go on for them). It's kind of difficult to work all of this out!

It is, because most clinics employ very good marketing skills. Websites such as this are gold! All posters, such as myself, have no clinic affiliations, but post honestly about our experiences and results. Take your time and do lots of research. Don't rush into anything hastily!

Agree with everybody else’s comments here. Reviews on google and trust pilot are not what you should base your decision on. The majority of reviews appear to be post surgery, as opposed to post 12 months. There is also the possibility of some clinics creating accounts and fabricating reviews - sometimes this can look blatantly obvious from what I’ve seen. Don’t make an impulsive decision. Really take your time to learn more about what you need to look out for (including red flags), and which surgeons are reputable who you can trust to go with.

Sounds good. Take your time to fully research your next move.
