Hello to all.

Here we have a case, frontal thinning and receded hairline. The goal was to rebuild a new hairline, and rebuild lost hair density over the frontal third, using 2573 grafts, with a graft hair breakdown -

Single Hair Units - 450 grafts / 450 hairs
Two Hair Units - 1,222 grafts / 2444 hairs
Three Hair Units - 708 grafts / 2124 hairs
Four Hair Units - 193 grafts / 772 hairs

2573 grafts / 5790 hairs = an average 2.25 hairs per graft

Thanks @Bigmac , Dr. Aziz Elgindi is careful how he manages the donor, caps the amount to around 3K in a procedure and performs all the punching himself. His techs help to extract only, then clean and trim the grafts and place, after he makes the custom recipient sites.
