You already had a hair transplant with 1400 grafts? If so, was it hairline work?
Your hair looks quite fine. Your donor looks reasonable but an in person consultation will establish what you have available.
What area of your head are you wanting transplanted? Are you on any hair loss prevention regimen?

i would like to make more density in frontal hairline, and maybe 1cm lowering my hairline-i have little higher forehead,
how many grafts are needed for 1cm lowering my hairline? 1cmx15cm width.

How old are you?
Are you on any hair loss meds?
Did you have a hair transplant 2 years ago?
How many grafts to lower your hairline depends on what density they plant at. You may be better off leaving your hairline where it is.

I can see the remnants of a transplanted hairline. I would keep the hairline where it is. You have quite a bit of hairloss and you’re one hair transplant in already.
Without being on meds you may lose more hair. You don’t want to end up in a worse position a few years down the line.

Sorry, but would you be able to shed some thoughts on your long term plan?

Or, what kind of plan did your clinic come up with during your first HT?

We can’t tell you how many grafts are in your donor area. That will have to be established with an in person examination.

Prohair is asking what is your game plan. How did the first clinic plan your HT and future hair loss.

You’re saying you want your hairline lowered. Let’s say a clinic agrees this.
Are you wanting the rest of your thinning area transplanted?

Unless your willing to try meds ( I'm guessing your fairly young still) I wouldn't lower the hairline dude as your potentially making a problem for yourself down the line....just remember hairloss progresses more quickly without meds for most people so you need to have a good plan to not look silly when the hair further back disappears.....having a thick lower wall of hair and nothing behind it in the future won't be a good look dude I'm afraid.

No, your body will reject them. Get in contact with a reputable clinic and get a consultation booked. Nobody on the internet will be able to tell you how many grafts you have in your donor area.

Strengthen your existing hairline to around 40 grafts per cm2 and add density to the thinned area. How much of your existing hair is transplanted? What did you look like before the surgery?

It looks as though you`re continuing to lose hair. Think long and hard about what your goals and expectations are.
40 grafts per cm2 are about average for creating a natural looking hairline. Have you a pre op picture before your surgery?
What clinic did you use for your first HT?
