Hi. I suspect I'm grasping at straws here, but I read somewhere that Sandalore can help with hair loss. A quick Google search returns a number of products containing it as ingredient, but whether these are snake oil or not I don't know. I also stumbled across someone recommending it in conjunction with microneedling. Does anyone know anything about any of this? Thanks.

I looked it up. I’d say it’s more promotional than factual but it’s very cheap to buy so it’s not going to cost much to try it out. If you give it a go, let us know if you think it works.

I'm still on the fence but, if I do try it, I'll let you know. I suspect that I'm letting desperation overwhelm my better judgement.

That's true. I've tried quite a few things over the years (various shampoos, rosemary oil, etc.) but with no success. The problem is the lack of (real) options -- finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil, and surgery: that's about it. Thanks anyway.
