This 44 years-old patient has been more than 10 years in med s. He has a background with 2 strip surgeries in the frontal area that not fulfill his expectations. He wanted more density and naturalness in the area. We extracted 1051 grafts (with hair flaps due his long hair and small amount of grafts) with 2461 hairs; 2.34 hair per graft, 50 microns of hair and 0.8-0.9 mm punch; 129FU1; 487FU2; 382FU3 and 53 FU4
