It’s a shame you never took your own pictures if you not being satisfied at 12 months. The clinic should provide you with your pictures. Maybe you could request them again?
Have a few consults in person with other clinics if possible to see what they suggest.

+ Actually Dr. Erdogan did not satisfied and he gave me a box of dutasterid and offer a new HT with paying money again. After this, i could not focus nothing on that day to nothing. I dont need photos anymore, nearly everyone is agree about my result. If they claim they don't share photos with patients, i could not insist.

I think what @Bigmac meant is if your hair looked better at 12 months than it is looking now, it is possible that you lost more of your native hair in the area. But I guess you are saying it looks the same at 12 months as now?

+ I was using finas when Dr. Erdogan checked my situation after 12 months later from hair transplant and he said that i need any other hair transplant. So, i belive my situation is not related with directly quiting finas.

I see, maybe you should try to do a biopsy, to see if its any problem in your skin which can affect the growth. If its not any problem its something wrong on Dr Erdogans part.

What are your plans now? Do you want to do another surgery with another Doctor?

I did a quick search when you said your pictures were shared with another forum. I found them on Bellicapelli. I have taken a screen shot and added it below.

What I see with these pictures.
The after pictures show an improvement/more hair. Your crown and mid-section are fuller. Your hairline appears fuller. Overall. I’d say you’ve had quite an improvement when comparing.
Factors that may influence this result. Your hair is slightly longer. The before pictures have flash or brighter light and the afters have not, or it’s dimmer lighting conditions which will make a result look better.

When I look at these after photos I do think you have lost some hair after you stopped taking the meds. Finasteride blocks DHT. When the drug is stopped, the block stops. Apoptosis which is the process of programmed cell death begins and you end up back where you were prior to taking the drug. Hair dependent on it can vanish in a couple of months.

With your permission, I will contact the clinic to see if they wish to respond. Right now, it’s you saying the clinic were not happy with the result and offered another HT and you would need to pay for It.

This is correct. It looks as though the OP has lost hair when looking at the 12 month pictures taken by the clinic.

+ Haha, you are right. I did not share in here because i saw my own photos on the another forum too.

+After 5000 greft, this is normal i think but the problem that is this improvement enough? I don't care my crown, mid section or donor area. I was just caring my front line but i am not pleasant from there too.

+This is exactly what i thought. I think flash level or lighting conditions are not same on before/after photos. You can understand what i mean when you focus my forehead on after photos. My donor area on back looks better after HT.

+ Actually i did not understand why do you want to contact with clinic. They already told me their opinion / offer 11 months(after 12 months later from HT) ago and i did not accept their offer. Our case closed from their side and my side. So, you dont need to contact with clinic for me. This is unnecessary.

I wanted to ask on forums because i have suitable time for summer and i wanted to learn am i giving overreaction about my HT but i did not receive nearly any postive comment related with my HT. For now, i try to find a nice place with my remaning grefts to make my front line better because i see my face when i look to mirror.

Thank you for biopsy suggestion, it will be my mind before my next HT

If you were more concerned with your frontal appearance why did you not concentrate the grafts in the frontal 3rd/half of your scalp? If you stay off the meds, you may lose a lot more hair, even transplanted hair.
Maybe Dr Bicer is an option for you.

+ Actually if i would know i will receive a result as like attached/below, i would say it. I think, anybody should not say to hair clinic that "dont leave my front line rare(thin)".
