12K "follicles" is incorrect and misleading. 12K hairs, which is what is stated on your graphic, is approximately 5217 follicular units. Please clarify what it is exactly that you've done here.

I do get a little upset when follicles and hairs are mixed up trying to glorify the session. And this coming from an HT-clinic-page do not make it more impressing. I do agree with Joe, please clarify and be more professional in the future!

Even the link and the story on your website mix follicles and hairs up. I does say both 12000 plus follicles and in the end saying its 5073 grafts with ratio of 2,4 hairs which gives around 12000 hairs. Again. Not professional!
