This young female patient was born with a naturally high hairline that bothered hair, we planned a surgery to give her back a more feminine hairline, we find these surgeries to be really rewarding and make for easy surgical planning as we dont need to plan for future hair loss. the surgery was carried out in our Vinci Hair Clinic Malaga.
The photos are taken before and straight after by the clinic but the 12 months post op where taken by the patient on her phone so the quality isnt great.

I was told by a consultant at your clinic that this patient had 2500 grafts
Which is the correct figure please?

Hi Andieje, We do not charge per graft like most clinics when doing FUT surgeries, this patient had what we call a large session where we will implant up to 3.000 grafts, these large sessions will have on average 2500 grafts.

This case was slightly smaller so she had "only" 1800 grafts in the end not 2500 or 3000, female patients rarely reach these big numbers. She was extremely happy with the results which is at the end of the day what matters most.

Would you like a copy of my email from the rep at Vinci confirming she had 2500 grafts? I won't post it on here as that is ungracious. However the actual density is important to me to know what you cn achieve.

I was also told that the first photo on your post showed where she wanted the line but it was too low and where she is holding her hair across her head on that photo is where you transplanted to.

The first photo in the post is marked during consultation and this was the patients first idea of the hairline, this plan was slightly amended as you can see on the surgery and after photos, thats not unusual that the hairline that is discussed during the initial consultation changes on the day of the surgery.
