25-Years-old patient, in a combined treatment with finas/dutas due to an aggressive alopecia, 8 months prior to the procedure. A 2 step conservative approach was decided to cover the entire area. First surgery: 3939 grafts (8079 hairs; 2.05 hair per graft; 810/2160/927/123 FU's4). Good result with the first procedure, we all decides to postpone the second because of the age of the patient.
