29-Year-old patient, we saw him in consultation with an aggressive alopecia (NW VI) by his age and without medical treatment. The first thing we recommend is to stabilize alopecia with medical treatment (finas). Good tolerance up to 6 months, we decide to carry out a 2 step restoration. The first surgery after 8 months he started finasteride: 3101 FUs (7353 hairs; 2.37 hair per graft; 45 micron hair thickness; 0.75-0.80 mm punch, 517 FU1/1858 FU2/984 FU3/42 FU4).
