This 54 years-old man, without medication, comes to us with an advanced alopecia. He has a short donor area but relatively good density. We planned a 2 steps repair. In the first procedure with extracted 3553 grafts (6990 hairs, 1.96 hair per graft; 0.75-0.8 mm punch; 49 microns of hair; 989 FU1/ 1739 FU2/717 FUE3/88 FUE4). We did the second procedure after one year with 2828 grafts (5764 hairs; 1.03 hair per graft; 0.85 mm punch; 733 FU1/1372 FU2/610 FU3/108 FU4/ 5 FU5).

That is a huge improvement considering all the area to cover , he must be well pleased with his results , I bet he looks a few years younger as well I just love these results
