7 months on hairloss medication

7 months since being on finasteride, minoxidil, microneedling 1.5mm a week, hair loss shampoo and using oils like rosemary etc. I personally didn’t see any difference when my hair was longer, so I decided to shave my hair a few weeks ago just to see if I’d be able to see anything, but I still can’t see any thickening in my hair what so ever. Am I maybe a non responder, should I even continue?

Comparing these 2 image I would say it looks like your forelock has improved. The meds should be maintaining your hair also, preventing or slowing down further loss.

The meds are strengthening the forelock the hair is thicker there now

I think these medications can help provide elasticity and weight to the hair, but they won't make the hair grow from bulbs that aren't there.
