9 months after ht, some problems.

Hello, I am 9 months after the transplant, I have been taking biotin, zinc, saw palmetto, and minoxidil for two months. The transplanted hair is very thin at the bottom, when I lift it up, you can see the difference, I still have empty holes in the hair, you can see in the photos, what can I do to improve it all? Because the effect is not very nice. ( yooretouch clinic Turkey, JACKSTRONGHAIR ) . I have to struggle with microfibers... When I put them down you can't see it, but if you lift this hair up, you can see it very much. Please help me something, greetings.

Growth wise has been good but it looks a bit artificial if being honest. You could go to a better known clinic to have some refinement done with fine single hairs to make it look more natural.

Your hairline design is like nothing I have seen. As Kevboy says not exactly natural looking. The way they have put the hair is very flat and straight, not natural but I guess some seem to like it that way. The density could improve, depends maybe also on how many grafts they used and the density they put.

Try styling it differently, possibly a side parting with the hair combed from left to right.

Agree with Techno1 a different hairstyle will make it look more natural looking.

I would shorten the hair on top as the contrast in length on top and on the sides does not make it look natural. Try styling it left to right or straight but with the hair at the front pushed up.

I arrange it somehow when I use microfiber, do you think that the density will improve? will only finasteride help here, on tuesday i will go to the hairdresser, i will brush left to right to cover it

The density isn’t bad, but the style of the hairline isn’t the best. Which clinic did your procedure? Id have it cut much shorter, maybe a buzz cut fade and find a reputable surgeon to do a repair on your hairline. Hope you get it sorted.
