An interesting topic with some good input from Sabine.
Although FUE is minimal invasive, there are still some issues to address, especially during FUE megasessions.

Our team has come up with some innovative solutions in order to adress the main problem without sacrifycing quality.

The problem is that fue takes so much longer, so we need more anesthetic. It was wearing off on me on placement, but I didn't want them to keep topping up, because I would of looked like a balloon a week after.

Even though it was wearing off I was still able to doze off a bit.

Hi Sparky,
One of the reasons for changing the protocols in order to be able to handle FUE megassesions has also to do with the amount of local anestethic used. There are limits to what can be used per day.

Therefore it is key to work extremely efficient during the time the numbing agent is working. Routines and experience are extremly important to cope with this situation.

'FUE takes so much longer" is true but relative.
It is my opinion that one can not compare 'fue only' clinics with FUE/Strip clinics.
There is a reason why Premiere league players train almost every day of the week, repeating the same exercises and routines over and over. But that is another discussion entirely.

Yeah a discussion that I wouldn't have a clue about as I don't follow the footy.

How true "The mother of skill is repetition" some just don't have what it takes. I guess this is why we see so few clinics that truly excel at the technique.
