hi guys ! my name is eden, im 25 years old. my hairloss started at age 19, ive been taking finestaride for the last 4 monthes , started with 0.5mg due to fear from sides, now ive up the dose to 1mg every other day.
also been taking minoxidil for 1 year and doing micronidelling for 6 monthes.
im not happy with my hair at all, i know that maybe finesteride will make it better in one year of taking it , but regardless im considering doing a transplant. what do u think?

You are still young and when hair loss starts to manifest at 19 it can be extensive. You have diffused loss and the crown also thinning but still a lot of hair. The concern is shock loss or chasing hair loss.

Not sure how good the donor is and more so in the rear as not shown but you are on the younger end of the scale and I would say keep on meds and see how things go. You can end up just creating more issues and especially if you lose more. I get it you want more hair but gut feeling from years of experience, (you were ten when I started with BHR), so hang in there and see how it goes is my honest thought.

I agree with Stephen, wait until 12 months of Finasteride usage before contemplating surgery. You may want to consider replacing Topical Minoxidil with Oral Minoxidil. An initial shed may make your hair thinner at first before you see the improvements. While you wait for results from the meds a concealer such as Toppik or DermMatch will help add density and disguise the thinning. You have enough hairline hair to style and create an appropriate look.
