Hey everyone, sharing my recent Hair Transplant experience with the Unique FUE technique by Dr. Nesim Tugen at Hermest
A total of 4550 grafts were extracted using a 0.9 mm punch. My hair is fine textured, but the donor area provided mostly multi hair grafts. Channels were opened using the slit technique.
During the consultation, two hairline designs were presented. I chose a subtle, natural inner curve that suited my features best.
Graft distribution:
Frontal hairline: High density for a natural, defined line.
Behind the hairline: Left untouched, as existing hair was already dense and healthy.
Mid-scalp: Density added through targeted placement.
Crown: High density to achieve solid coverage.
Dr. Nesim Tugen personally opened the channels in the mid transition zone to ensure a natural flow between sections. The procedure went smoothly without any complications, and the team ensured I was comfortable throughout.
