This is a 35-year-old had thinning in the front area and a bald crown.
HDC Hair Clinic with responsible physician being Dr Christina, harvested in total of 4180 grafts from his donor. 3200 grafts were placed in the front to increase the density of his existing hair and the rest of 980 grafts was placed in the top area of the crown as you can see in the photos below. The patient will come back to finish the crown.
