This has probably been asked 1000 times but I really need someone's help with this, as it is very important for me to choose the correct surgeon. Who are the Best FUE Hair Transplant surgeons in LONDON?

Unfortunately there are no patients from any Fue clinics who have posted about their experience and no clinics post their results on any forum so its a question that can`t really be answered imo. If you are looking at some clinics, have a few consults and ask them if you can meet some patients.

Ps there are a few Dr Rogers results kicking around but thats it.

You got any pictures to post of your hairloss situation.

Dr Reddy is the best and only choice for FUE in the UK, at The Private Clinic London

You won't find out much about him on the forums, but his results are excellent, and I believe he's booked up for six months

Have you had surgery with him? if not with all due respect how can you say he "IS THE BEST", frankly thats your opinion. I respect your opinion but it's unfair to make such a bold statement imo unless you have at least had surgery yourself with him.

New forum readers will read this and think he automatically is the best which is unfair as theirs zero proof to substantiate your claims sorry.

Warm wishes BN;)

Hi Mate
The one eyed man in the kingdom of the blind and all that

Seriously - FUE in the UK; Farjo do small sessions -contact Mick. Other than that Belgium is 1 hour away and there is Devroye, Feriduni and Bisanga. Next Stop USA/Canada - Shapiro/Rahal

Good luck and do your research, please don't rush in !!!

Hi mate

Why not stick some pics up and we can have a look at your bonce? It's good sometimes to get an objective opinion. There are loads of guys on here who will give you good advice.
I remember Dr Rogers was doing fue, but he seems to keep off the forums these days.

@ bullitnut- hi mate, you coming to the meet up in Jan?

Everyone has to do there own research but that is my opinion about FUE in the UK just now. Things are progressing and I am absolutely sure there are other brilliant FUE doc in the UK but struth they make themselves difficult to find!

But people must meet the docs and not just rely on the internet and forums like these, no matter how good they obviously are there is no substitite for meeting the people in the actual clinic who are going to do the work.

Dr Rogers is an FUT doc and very good in that area, very very experienced, but wasn't interested in FUE and seemed to be pushing FUT only. Nice enough chap but inspired no confidence for me in FUE.

My pal contacted them about FUE and they didn't even reply, nuff said....

Hi sweetfreedom
I don't want to go off topic here and certainly don't want to turn this into a UK bashing thread (there are enough HT tyre kickers out there), but I doubt there are very many, if any, 'difficult to find', FUE docs in the UK. (Mores the pity). I just don't think there are any hidden gems in the UK. I will be more than happy to retract that if I could find some decent, well documented UK cases. I hope your surgery goes well, whomever you choose. I have no axe to grind, I just want guys to get the full picture and not rush into anything.

We will be meeting in Manchester in January if you want to come along.

Cheers

I have to agree with BW, no UK Fue clinic is hard to find at all, just google and they all pop up claiming to be the best etc etc etc.

Sweetfreedom, as you have met a few patients already would you be willing to attend our meet up when its sorted as you will be able to meet a variety of patients from different clinics, maybe even ask some of the patients you`ve already met if they would like to attend, then we can all see the outstanding work for ourselves.

On another note, meeting the doctor/staff is a good idea but does not mean you are going to get a true evaluation of their skills, i went to a seminar where they promoted themselves so much they had everyone eating out of their hands, they even had a stooly in the audience(pretend patient) to promote them.

Seeing as though you`ve done all this reseach, could you tell me who trained doctor Reddy, what punches he use`s and how long has he been doing transplants.

Thanks Bm.

Hi Bigmac,

First of all I would like to thank you personally and everyone else who posted threads of the page "Considering DHI London ?, but can any one point me in the right directiion".

Being based in London I wanted to do a procedure locally but as I understand apart from Dr Fajro who is relatively good, the best option is probably Belgium is that right. I taken the whole day to sieve through this forum and a few others and I have the following list of recommended surgeons:

Dr Feller (USA)
Dr Shapiro (USA)
Dr Hasson Wong (Canada)
Dr Bisanga (Belgium)
Dr Mwamba (Belgium)
Dr Emorane Lupanzula (Belgium)
DR. FERIDUNI (Belgium)
Dr Jean Devroye (Belgium)
Dr Arvind (India)
Dr Madhu (India)
Dr Farjo (UK)

Would you guys agree with the above list? I think India, USA and Canada are not viable for me so im swaying towards Belgium. If so which do you think are the surgeons I should prioritise on my list?

Just to give you an idea, I am a 24 year old male and during my consultation in London I was told I would require one mega session (up to 3000 grafts FUE). I was further told that this would mostly be concentrated on the frontal and top area whilst I would probably need another smaller procedure after a year to cover my crown. Do you agree with my previous consultation?

I understand its near impossible to give an exact costing, but generally speaking how much do you think it would cost for lets say 2500-3000 fue grafts at one of the abovementioned Belgium clinic?

Thanks in advance for any feedback you wish to share with me!!! :)

Hi and welcome tahirsplace

The best thing to do is to start your own thread on here and get members opinions, this forum does not recomend doctors, the results and feedback speak for themselves.

So you have to make your own mind up which doctor you feel is right for you.

I`m glad you find the forum helpful and hopefully you`ll get all the answers you need.

Cheers Bm.

ahhhi knew there was something wrong with fue in the uk and it seems its because they dont have professional preparedness going on.
anyway
as the big hitters on this forum have already said its hard to find documented results or at least lots of good results from british doctors, unless you go to their websites and then there are tons of " AMAZING" results and life changing stories!
The best thing to do is to research the results section of this and other forums and then compile a list of the docs whos results you like the best, see if you can meet/ speak to former patients and have some consults. i have been researching/ lurking for a long time.there are a lot of good docs in europe especially belgium as mentioned (Devroye, Feriduni and Bisanga) so if u live in london you can be there in a couple of hours on the euro! i also like some of the results by dr erdogan from turkey.
good luck fella

Hello,
I had hair transplant. My surgeon was Dr.Ahmed Chaudhry.I had NW 6 and undero my first hair transplant session. My doc told me that i need two sessions minimum to cover my bald area.
Before that i have gone to internet search and what i concluded there should be three points for a good hair transplant
1- Totally natural hair line and undetactable results
2- Minimal scar on donor area
3-Hair direction and curve of hair should be normal.
I discussed these points to my doc in the initial consultation and meet some of his patients and they were satisfied with the results.

Thanks

The most important thing to consider is this. Will you at any time ever want to shave your head? If so strip would be out of the question for obvious reasons.

FUE seems ideal, but the problem is that if the doctor doesn't know what he is doing he could destroy many follicles, give you a very poor result, and use up most of your donor.

Getting bad FUE is actually worse than a strip with a scar in my opinion.

I think that you should choose based on the doctor than just based on the technique alone.
