Hi all,

I am aware of the need for Finasteride and will take it.
Minox can be used after a month

I've seen people recommend:
Biotin
Saw Palmetto
Aloe vera gel

Are there any others that people would or would not recommend?

Thanks

Great leaf foods are the best with tomatoes and blueberries. These will benefit you more than taking supplements.

Appreciate the feedback

And yes you are likely right: a good diet is probably better than any supplement

Consider this : Will finasteride work for you?
Unless your body is able to process the molecules, you may not get any benefits from Finasteride.

But wait, is Finasteride a bad product? No, in fact it does a good job in a lot of people, but not all.
The only way to find out quickly is to have a part of you DNA tested for the majority of the molecules that are known to stimulate hair growth.
Personalized hair medication is now possible and IMHO key for anybody that seeks a solution to progressing hair loss.

I assume this is a typo and you mean Green leaf foods. They are very good for you.

Methylsulfonylmethane or MSM as it is more commonly know has been accredited with boosting hair growth rates and strengthening it.
I would also use Pura d` or original gold shampoo or an equivalent all natural shampoo.
After my transplants, I used regular baby shampoo but I feel this shampoo would be far better.
I also used copper peptide spray supplied by the clinic which greatly reduced redness and helped the area heal quicker.
