BHR vs HDC (2nd HT)

I want to undergo my second hair-transplantation in order to have more density in the middle and crown(my current NW is 2-3). My first HT took place at HDC before 10 months and it was FUE with 2500 grafts.
My estimation result of the first HT is not so satisfied but if i evaluate the total number of the grafts then it could be said that there is a well-done HT.
My plan is to go for a second HT but i am thinking to do it either with dr.Bissanga or HDC. The method will be again FUE.
Which of these 2 clinics would you recommend me in order to have the best result?

Why exactly were you not satisfied? Did you not understand the procedure, have unrealistic expectations, have permanent shock loss, feel the yield was low or some other issue?

It could very well be that you have unrealistic expectations so a 2nd hair transplant might be of no help to you.

You should post some pictures and explain exactly what it is you are trying to achieve.

It would be better if you posted pictures , I realy dont get it , you are saying asking if you should go to HDC or BHR , if your considering going back to HDC then its like saying your satisfied with them but you think you might get better if you go to BHR , would realy like to see some pictures

Here is as i promise some of my photos (before & after HT).
As i have said in previous post, my first HT took place at HDC before 10 months and it was FUE with approximate 2500 grafts.
The result so far (i think now is the final state) is adequate but not so satisfied as at front and middle where the most of the grafts putted, there is an evident dilution. Also my new hairline i think is not so vivid.
My target is to go for a second HT in order to fill the gaps and i am in the procedure to find the ideal clinic for my case. Regarding the second HT it will be a mid-term operation with at max of 1500 grafts as i dont have the financial capability for something more.
For the moment i have a list of three (3) clinics
1) HDC (Cyprus)
2) MHR (Cyprus)
3) BHR
and i would like yours info in order to make my final choice.

Looks fine to me and I think if your objective is to have a wall of hair then that is a bad idea. What makes the result look natural is the fact that some scalp can be seen.

If you look at the best and most realistic hair pieces they try to get the same kind of effect where the scalp can be seen as that is natural. The units that really look ridiculous are the units that are just one thick wall of hair. Just my opinion, whatever makes you happy but you need to think about the big picture and future hair loss.

Plus you still have more growth coming along with thickening of the hairs.

Would be better if the pictures where a little further back from the camera IMO, I do agree with TC regarding things looking more natural if a little scalp is visible.

On the first set of three photos the before picture looks visibly thinner than the before picture on the second set of pictures which confused me.

thanks for your pictures am a bit like Bullitnut with your 1st and 2nd set of pictures , BN talks about the before pictures , but the 1st set of pictures to me look like you have a better hairline at 8 months then you do in the 2nd set of pictures , I would advise you to speak directly to HDC thats what I do , I wish you all the best and thanks for posting

For me now the important is to have some additional info regarding my clinic's list in order to finalize my decision for the second HT.
So far i have the experience by my first HT at HDC and i plan to have a new consultation with them at near future.
My question is mainly with the new clinic at Cyprus of Mr Georgiou (he was the chief doctor at HDC) and the BHR also.
Any pros and cons about these clinics will be for me great assistant.
