Ok Stephenl... good points... but then there is an argument that is going on right now on hairsite where upon there are documented BHT test cases that were succsessful but then the actual full blown bht transplant was a failure. In fact I know two clinics that had so many failed bht results it made me sad.
So anyway my point is... even if you do a test procedure one cannot predict a further full bht. Maybe in many patients it can predict a better growth but not all. This is my opinion only of course.
I do agree that beard hair is the best bht...
In my opinion and something I have thought about for sometime is this: The closer to the scalp, the better the quality of hair for the scalp. Leges being the least advantageous on average and the beard being the best.
I still have a problem with a clinic charging the same price of a scalp graft for bht when you see an 8,000+ bht only case.
